The leading online travel destination company understood that its new HQ should reflect its emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent. By offering a unique environment and spaces enhanced by technology, TripAdvisor created a place where people want to work, and where employee satisfaction rises.
Verrex was selected to integrate TripAdvisor’s AV
systems, with a balance between concentration spaces and collaboration areas, and formal meeting spaces with social interaction.
Verrex integrated AV throughout the 290,000 square-foot HQ, accommodating over 1,500 employees. Spaces included: Multipurpose/Divisible Spaces, Reception Area, Open Office Areas, Open Collaboration Spaces, (34) Video Collaboration Rooms, (5) Large Presentation Rooms, (5) Medium Presentation Rooms, (3) Conference Rooms, Team & Tech Rooms, Town Hall Space (The Forum), and employee amenity spaces such as Game Room, Pub, Group Fitness Rooms, and Lounges.

The result was a headquarters which serves as a place for connecting teams globally, embracing cultural nuances, respecting how people work and enabling team members to do their best work in a space that expresses the TripAdvisor culture.
